Truster hails from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. They play heavy doomgaze influenced in equal parts by the absurdity of trauma, weaponized resilience, and love. Blending wall of sound, down-tuned guitars, heavy, churning drums, and boundless, desperate vocals, Truster’s sound incorporates elements of doom, black metal and shoegaze.

Creeping Thing’ was recorded and produced in Vancouver by the venerable Jesse Gander, who has worked with White Lung, Ahna, Brutus, Castle, and Baptists, to name a few. It was mastered by Nick Zampiello, who has worked with the likes of Converge, Isis, Pelican, Unsane, and Thurston Moore.
