Review

Fever Touch is the new single from Ukrainian Psych Doom/Stoner Rockers Mist Tower and is a very cool sounding song with the band exploring the music they established on their previous two EP’s. This song moves between heavy psychedelic Stoner Rock grooves and an earthly Blues Rock inspired Doom Rock sound with a Trippy Eastern based vibe.

This allows Mist Tower to play an almost impromptu “Jam Based Session” with guitar solos that feel longer than the song’s initial five minute plus runtime. The song is quite complex in places but one that also remains quite simple and I mean that as a compliment. As the music is quite catchy and you can easily find yourself rocking along to it all.

Mist Tower are perhaps one of best upcoming Stoner Rock bands from the Ukrainian Scene and I hope to hear a longer record from them in the future.

Fantastic stuff.
