What is the genre of music that you play?
Instrumental Stoner/Doom/Metal.
Can you give a brief history of the band of how it came together and where it is today?
Lobo Mute is myself - Bernardo Falcao: guitar, bass and drums. Buenos Aires, Argentina, Pandemic times.
I had all these ideas, riffs and demos for putting together an instrumental Stoner/Doom project and I also have this passion for Ed Wood’s movies. This is how my “one-man band” Lobo is Mute was born. Around August 2022, I started recording my ideas, and in parallel, I started to learn how mix and master.
In January 13th 2023, I released my first EP, LOBO IS MUTE. It was very well received among the Metal community, having been shared by curators such as Rob Hammer, 666MrDoom, Weedian, Morphy, to name a few, having thousands of plays.
Now I am producing my third EP, with no estimate date of release.
What can people expect from your music?
Heavy riffs and chaos.
What is the best release that folks should check out from your band?
It’s like choosing a favorite son/daughter, but I have to pick my last EP: HOME? I HAVE NO HOME.
